We’re sure you would have heard the very welcome news that due to Victoria reaching the 70% target for first dose of vaccinations, there will be a slight easing of restrictions across greater Melbourne as of midnight on Friday.
With regards to the Real Estate market, here’s what it means September 18th onwards:
Property Inspections
- Private inspections are allowed by appointment but are limited to one real estate agent and one buyer at a time. The property owner must not be present, the agent will need to wait outside, and only one household at a time can inspect the property.
- Masks will be mandatory inside and there will be compulsory QR code scanning.
- Contact any of our agents to arrange an appointment for a Private Inspection.
Auctions
- Auctions are still only allowed in the virtual environment.
- Please stay in contact with your agent for the most up-to-date information about a property you are interested in.
Further Restriction Changes
