How is Frank Gordon helping to protect the community from coronavirus?

With low rates of community transmission across the state and a high rate of testing the Victorian Government has moved to ease restrictions further to allow up to 20 people to attend an inspection or an auction from 1 June. The health and safety of our staff, clients and wider community, remains our upmost priority during this time.

Frank Gordon will continue to ask potential buyers to register prior to attending an inspection or auction to allow us to manage numbers. We have hand sanitiser available at all opens and auctions and will continue to adhere to 1.5 metre social distancing rules. This means that if there are too many people in the property at once, you may be asked to wait outside for a moment. Interested buyers can also request a private appointment if desired.

All buyers will continue to have their contact details taken before entering the property. Anyone who has recently travelled, come into contact with someone with Coronavirus or is showing symptoms of Coronavirus will be asked to remain at home and will instead complete one-on-one video tours with one of our sales agents.

We will maintain our high standards of hygiene and social distancing to ensure the health and safety of our clients, staff and the wider community.
